Our bulk macadamias are perfect for home bakers, food producers, cafés or anyone who simply loves cooking with macadamias. Available in a range of grades and styles, there's an option to suit everything from baking and homemade macadamia milk to everyday food preparation.
 
Grades:
 
First Grade
Our premium grade macadamias. Currently available in Style 6 (Nut Chip).
 
Second Grade
A combination of broken and half nuts with minor natural blemishes. While they may not look as pretty, they have the same great flavour and are ideal for baking, cooking or making homemade macadamia milk. They are not recommended for snacking.

Style 6 – Nut Chip
Small pieces of premium macadamia, perfect for baking, muesli, salads and cooking.
 
Process
A mix of broken and blemished macadamias, ideal for baking, sauces, pestos and homemade macadamia milk.
